Steps to reproduce

  1. Open https://www.topcoder.com/challenges?tracks[DS]=true&tracks[Des]=true&tracks[Dev]=true&tracks[QA]=true&types[]=CH&types[]=F2F&types[]=MM&types[]=TSK
  2. Set on "Search active" the first letter of a job

Actual result

When searching for an open job using the first letter, not all opportunities with that letter appear.

Expected result

When searching for a job using a single letter, all jobs with that letter must appear.
