Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to https://www.topcoder.com
  2. Click "Account Settings"
  3. Go to "Tools" menu
  4. Under, Your devices, "Add a new device to your devices list", click on the dropdowns for Manufacturer and Model

Actual result

Dropdown options are cut off and are not fully visible, preventing selection. So the form can never be submitted and I cannot add a new device.

Expected result

Dropdown menus should still display all options clearly and remain selectable.
