Steps to reproduce

  1. Open the page https://account-settings.topcoder.com/#tools

  2. Add a new device
    Ex:
    Device Type: Console
    Manufacturer: Nintendo
    Model: Switch
    Operating System: Linux

  3. Click "Add Device to your List"

  4. Edit the newly created device
    Change the information in any field, Ex: Manufacturer

  5. Click "Edit Device to your List"

Actual result

An error message isn't displaying in fields that are left blank after editing.

Expected result

An error message should be displayed asking the user to fill in the other fields.
