Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to https://www.topcoder.com
    2.Login with topcoder credentials
    3.Click on waffler icon and select ai-hub
  2. Scroll down to observe the carousal for challenges
  3. Its not scrolling properly i.e leaving the first and last challenge

Actual result

Challenges carousal in ai-hub is not working properly leaving first and last challenge

Expected result

Challenges carousal in ai-hub should work properly
