Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to https://www.topcoder.com
  2. Under "Community", click "Marathon Match Tournament"
  3. Click "Leaderboard and Schedule" menu
  4. Scroll down to number 12
  5. Observe the only underlined part in the leaderboard

Actual result

Crossing line in the leaderboard section of the "Marathon Match Tournament ", the only line in the entire leaderboard

Expected result

There should be consistency whether there is no line underline or a table lines
