Description:

On the challenge page at https://www.topcoder.com/challenges/0f4b0303-8153-40d0-912a-77202ed0326b?tab=registrants, the rating displayed for registrants who submitted the challenge is inconsistent between the 'Registrants' and 'Submission' sections. Specifically, some users show a rating as '-' in the 'Registrants' tab, but the same users have a rating of '0' in the 'Submission' tab. This inconsistency can cause confusion regarding the users' actual ratings.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Navigate to the URL: https://www.topcoder.com/challenges/0f4b0303-8153-40d0-912a-77202ed0326b?tab=registrants

  2. Open the 'Registrants' section.

  3. Identify users who have a rating displayed as '-'.

  4. Navigate to the 'Submission' section of the same challenge.

  5. Locate the same users and observe their rating displayed as '0'.

Actual results:

  • The rating for the same user is displayed as '-' under the 'Registrants' tab.

  • The rating for the same user is displayed as '0' under the 'Submission' tab.

  • Inconsistent rating representation across different sections of the same challenge page.

Expected results:

  • The rating for the same user should be consistent across both the 'Registrants' and 'Submission' sections.

  • Either both should display '-' if a rating is unavailable or both should display the same numerical value.

  • Clear and consistent presentation of user ratings to avoid confusion.
