Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to https://www.topcoder.com
  2. Hover over Community
  3. Click on Statistics
  4. Click on the General tab
  5. Click on Number of reviews in the sidepanel
  6. Observe the list of users

Actual result

Some reviewers appear multiple times, creating duplicates in the all-time review list. Each time they appear, their review count is different.

Expected result

Each reviewer should appear only once in the list showing all-time completed reviews.
