Description:

On the Challenges submission page, user handles are clickable links that navigate to the respective user profiles. However, the handles are visually styled as normal text rather than as clickable links, which can confuse users about their interactivity.

Steps to reproduce:

Navigate to the Challenges page using the above URL.
Scroll to the submission tab where user handles are listed.
Observe the user handles displayed.
Attempt to identify clickable handles based on their visual style.
Click a user handle to verify that it navigates to the corresponding user profile.

Actual results:

User handles function as clickable links that navigate to user profiles.
Visually, user handles appear as normal text without styling (such as underline or color change) typically associated with links.
This mismatch between functionality and appearance can confuse users and affect usability.

Expected results:

User handles that are clickable links should be visually distinguished as links using standard UI conventions (e.g., blue color, underline on hover).
This will make it clear to users that handles are interactive and clickable.
Improves user navigation experience and accessibility.
