Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to https://www.topcoder.com and login
  2. Hover to waffle menu, take note of the links present
  3. On a new tab, open Account Settings https://account-settings.topcoder.com/
  4. Switch account role to Customer, you will be logged out
  5. Switch back to the tab with https://www.topcoder.com
  6. Hover to the waffle menu

Actual result

Customer links and Talent links are present in the waffle menu

Expected result

Waffle menu should not display both talent and customer links, especially that user is already logged out.
