Description:

On the Terms page, the title text has a very low contrast ratio of 2.51:1, and failing accessibility standards.

Current URL:

https://www.topcoder.com/terms

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Navigate to https://www.topcoder.com
  2. Select 'how it works'
  3. Click on terms and conditions link
  4. observe the text contrast with background 'Terms and conditions'
  5. Observe the title text at the top of the page.

Actual results:

  • The title text color contrast against the background is very low (2.51:1 ratio).
  • Text is difficult to read, especially for users with visual impairments.
  • Fails WCAG AA contrast guidelines for text readability.

Expected results:

  • The title text should have sufficient contrast against the background.
  • Contrast ratio should meet or exceed WCAG AA standard (at least 4.5:1 for normal text).
  • Title text should be easily readable by all users, including those with visual impairments.
