Complete steps from homepage to issue URL:

  1. Go to https://www.topcoder.com/
  2. Hover Resources > click Articles
  3. From the search bar, type 'what is topcoder'
  4. Click the article What is Topcoder?
  5. Under Earn, click Gig Work link
  6. Click Apply Now
  7. Scroll down to bottom of the page and click Read Our Gig Work Resources
  8. Under Resources, click Practice Topcoder Challenges
