Description:

There is no "Resend OTP" option available in the signup flow once the user enters an invalid OTP. This issue may cause user frustration, especially when the OTP expires due to network delay, timing mismatches, or user input error. The absence of the resend option prevents users from easily requesting a new OTP, impacting the signup process.

Current URL:

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Navigate to the signup page on https://www.topcoder.com
  2. Enter the required user details to receive an OTP.
  3. Enter an invalid OTP deliberately.
  4. Observe that there is no "Resend OTP" option available to request a new OTP.

Actual results:

  • Users do not see any option to resend the OTP after entering an invalid OTP.
  • Users cannot easily recover from OTP expiration or input errors.
  • Signup flow is stalled without ability to retry OTP sending.

Expected results:

  • A visible and accessible "Resend OTP" option should appear after an invalid OTP submission or OTP expiration.
  • Users should be able to easily request and receive a new OTP.
  • Signup process should allow multiple attempts with clear guidance.
