Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to https://www.topcoder.com
    2.Click on "Resources"
    3.Click on "Blog"
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page to see navigation menus
  3. Observe the first and last page scrolling indicator is not there

Actual result

First and last page scrolling indicator is not there for easy accessing

Expected result

First and last page scrolling indicator should be there for easy accessing.
