  2. Scroll down to the footer and click the terms and conditions
  3. observe

Actual result

Clicking the "terms and conditions" link shows "how it works" https://www.topcoder.com/community/how-it-works/terms in the link rather than https://www.topcoder.com/community/terms and conditions

Expected result

The url should be for terms and conditions

The same content exists on two different URLs. We should stick to a single URL and archive the other for consistency and to ensure all future updates are applied correctly.
