Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to https://www.topcoder.com/freelancer
  2. Click on sign-up
  3. Create an account on signing up.
  4. On the Account activation page, click on privacy policy.
  5. Observe the page.

Actual result-
A page open stating '404 Looks like the page was not found'

Expected result-
The privacy policy page should have opened.
