Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to https://www.topcoder.com
    2.Select Resources>Articles
    3.Click Competitive Programming in the page that appears.
  2. Click on Datascience below arrow mark
  3. Its not moving the page to the start of Datascience for example

Actual result

Page is not moving to start of DataScience

Expected result

It should move to the start of the page.
