Marathon Match: Submissions History modal shows Time value in Action column #186

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to challenge page.
  2. Click on submissions tab.
  3. click on "History (8)" link from submissions.
  4. Observe table in the modal

Actual behavior

"Time" column appears to be empty. "Action" column has date value.

Expected behavior

Action column should not be displayed if it's other person's submission.
