Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to https://www.topcoder.com
  2. Hover Nav > Resources > click Articles
  3. Search for 'ruby', search returns 2 results
  4. Click Apply Filter

Actual result

Clicking Apply Filter displays All Articles

Expected result

Apply Filter should work as a filter for the current search query, not an alternative for it.
