Steps to reproduce

  1. go to Marathon Matches page, -> Rules and regulations
  2. from text "You must comply with Topcoder's Terms and Conditions to be eligible for prizes."
  3. click on Terms and conditions page.
  4. it opens terms page.
  5. from this page find " http://tco15.topcoder.com/overview/competition-rules/." link and click it.

Actual behavior

it redirects to archive page.

Expected behavior

it should be actually competition rules page.
