[CONTENT BUG] After sometime most dropdown menus in the waffle menu disappear and only "Meet our Talent" remains on that menu list, even resetting ccache memory it doesnt solve #211

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to https://www.topcoder.com
  2. After login, click the waffle menu and check the "practice", wallet, discord sub-menus dropdown are present
  3. Observe

Actual result

[CONTENT BUG] After sometime most dropdown menus in the waffle menu disappear and only "Meet our Talent" remains on that menu list ()

Expected result

The menus in the waffle menu such as practice, wallet, community home, topcoder academy etc should not disappear
