Description:

On the challenge details page, during the registration process, the 'Register' button text changes from lowercase to uppercase when the user checks the checkbox 'I agree'.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open the URL https://www.topcoder.com/challenges/0f4b0303-8153-40d0-912a-77202ed0326b?tab=submissions
  2. Navigate to the registration section on the challenge details page.
  3. Observe the 'register' button text in lowercase initially.
  4. Check the checkbox labeled 'I agree'.
  5. Observe that the 'register' button text changes to uppercase.

Actual results:

The 'register' button text changes from lowercase to uppercase once the 'I agree' checkbox is checked.

Expected results:

The 'register' button text should remain consistent in case and styling regardless of the checkbox selection.
