Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to https://www.topcoder.com
  2. Go to "Community" -> "Marathon Match tournament"
  3. Go to "View all" from leaderboard
  4. search text: "uzbekistan"

Actual behavior

uzbekistan's flag is not rendering

Expected behavior

They have flag too. :)
