zooming rating history is not working #222

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to https://www.topcoder.com
  2. Go to "Community" -> "Marathon Match tournament"
  3. Go to "tourist"'s profile
  4. click on "Competitive Programming" under achievements
  5. Click on "Rating History"
  6. click and drag from left to right to zoom to see specific SRM wins

Actual result

it shows empty display

Expected result

it should zoom current SRM rating. Normally it works for my profile.

Environment

  • OS: MacOS Sonoma 14.7.1 Browser version: Safari 17.6
  • Device: MacBook Air M1, 13.3 inch
