Steps to reproduce

  1. go to topcoder.com
  2. go to "Community" -> "Opportunities"
  3. go to "Past" tab
  4. search for long entry (this could be challenge detail text)

Actual behavior

Search is stuck and gives error on refresh

Expected behavior

Actually, search input should have limit in characters (255 char max)
