Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to topcoder.com
  2. Go to "Community" -> "Opportunities"
  3. Click on "Past" tab
  4. Search for "TCO23"
  5. Click on "TCO" text under challenge type.
  6. Scroll down and find a banner has a title "SPONSORS WANTED"
  7. Click on "Email Us"
