Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to https://www.topcoder.com
  2. In the navigation bar, click on Resources → Blog
  3. Open any blog post

Actual result

Blog tags are displayed but not clickable.

Expected result

Blog tags should be clickable and redirect to the corresponding tag/category page.
