Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to https://www.topcoder.com
  2. In the navigation -> resources -> articles
  3. click any article

Actual result

When clicking Like or Dislike, the hover effect appears on both buttons simultaneously.

Expected result

  • The hover effect should appear only on the button that is being clicked or hovered over.
  • Clicking Like should only trigger hover/effect on the Like button, and the same applies for Dislike.
