Notification Preferences: Not showing any Snack-bar or popup or banner #246

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to https://www.topcoder.com
  2. Go to "Account Settings"
  3. Go to the "Preferences" Tab
  4. Click on the "Go to Forum" button
  5. Do some changes, select or unselect some checkboxes as you like
  6. Click on "SAVE PREFERENCES" button

Actual result

When clicking this "SAVE PREFERENCES" button, it does not show any "Snack-bar" or "Notification Banner".

Expected result

It should show the user some "Snack-bar" or "Notification Banner" that do appears in the Profile and other areas which let the user know that the information or boxes has been updated.
