Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to https://www.topcoder.com, do not sign in.
  2. https://www.topcoder.com/ai-hub
  3. Scroll down and try to fill the "Join our AI hub" form with any invalid email ID.

Actual result
The form does not validate if the ID exists or not. It just takes it with no input validation.

Expected result
The form should check if the email provide is valid and exists.
