Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to: https://www.topcoder.com/
  2. Click the "account settings" menu
  3. Click tools
  4. Input the required parts like "Softwares" and other parts
  5. No "save changes button"
  6. Observe

Actual result

No save changes button in Under tools in the Account settings

Expected result

After the input of either part in the tools section, there should be a save changes button
