Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to topcoder.com
  2. Go to "Community" -> "Opportunities"
  3. Click on "Past" tab
  4. Search for "Marathon Match 160"
  5. Click on winners icon.
  6. Scroll down to 20 - 30 places

Actual behavior

winner placement has:
21th
22th
23th
31th etc...

Expected behavior

Correct is:
21st
22nd
23rd
