Member rating color mismatch between challenge page and Marathon Match page. #253

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to Topcoder.com
  2. Go to "Community" -> "Opportunities"
  3. Click on "Past" tab, Search -> "Marathon Match 160"
  4. Click on submissions icon and observe red colored handle.
  5. Now, add new tab and go to "topcoder.com"
  6. go to "Marathon Match Tournament" page.
  7. observe red colored member handle.

Actual behavior

in challenge detail page, color is #ea1900
in marathon match tournament page, color is #ef3a3a
for other member rating color has different color definitions too.

Expected behavior

We have standartized color scheme for member ratings.
