In challenge listing, search result is wrong when search term is "C++", "C#" #255

Currentl URL:

https://www.topcoder.com/challenges?bucket=allPast&search=C++

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to https://topcoder.com
  2. Go to "Community" -> "Opportunities"
  3. Click on "Past" tab.
  4. Search for C++

Actual behavior

  • Search result is displaying challenges has no "C++" in it.
  • Now try "C#". And see challenges don't related to "c#"

Expected behavior

It only display challenges that has "C++" in it.
It seems it ignores special characters like "+", "#" from search result, which is wrong.
