Description:
Navigate to the article page using the waffle menu. On the article page, the like and dislike buttons are not functioning correctly. Clicking on either button does not change the count, and the count remains the same. Reloading the page also shows no change in the counts.

Steps to reproduce:
Open the https://www.topcoder.com/challenges page.
Click on the waffle menu to navigate to the article page.
On the article page, locate the like and dislike buttons.
Click the like button and observe the count.
Click the dislike button and observe the count.
Reload the article page and check the count again.
Actual results:
Like and dislike buttons are non-functional.
The counts do not increment or change upon clicking.
Reloading the page shows the same unchanged counts.
Expected results:
Clicking the like or dislike button increments the respective count by one.
The incremented counts persist even after reloading the page.
Users receive feedback indicating their action was recorded.
