Steps to reproduce

  1. Login into your Topcoder account or Sign Up for a new account
  2. Click on "Solutions" item in the "Header & Navigation"
  3. Click on the "Project Lifecycle" sub-item

Actual result

It displays the "Project Lifecycle" by going to the very end of the lifecycle, "Review Panel"

Expected result

I expected it to start with the first option, which is "Customer"
