Talent search page. "Load more" button is not functional #47

Steps to reproduce

  1. Login and make sure account is a "Topcoder Customer". (You can change that in profile settings)
    2.Click on "Meet our talent" menu from waffle menu
  2. Search for "Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP)" and see all members
  3. scroll down until the end of search
  4. click on "Load more" button

Actual behavior

Button is not functional

Expected behavior

Actually, button should not be there. because it's end of the search result
