Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to https://www.topcoder.com
  2. click "Account Settings"
  3. Go to "Tools" menu
  4. Under "Your devices", select "Desktop" under Device type
  5. click "manufacturer" part
  6. Click model part
  7. try to input texts or select options
  8. observe

Actual result

No input option to Add a new device to your devices list(such as manufacturer, model) under Tools in accounts. A default word "Any" can just be selected. No options to add your device information

Expected result

A variety of manufactureres such as hp, dell shoukd be selected or added. An input option should also be availed to input the device information
