No text limit for "Subscription name" under Tools in the "Account Settings " and UI is altered after input #70

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to https://www.topcoder.com
  2. click "account settings"
  3. click Tools menu
  4. Scroll down to "Subscriptions"
  5. Type the subscription name endlessly
  6. Observe

Actual result

No text limit for "Subscription name" under Tools in the "Account Settings " and the box-sizing is affected for the ui and a scroll bar appears at the bottom

Expected result

There should be a text limit defined in the subscription name input
