Copilot Opportunities should only shown by "copilot" role user. #72

Currentl URL: https://www.topcoder.com/challenges

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to challenge listing page
  2. See "Copilot Opportunities".
  3. Also go to https://copilots.topcoder.com/opportunity/8 with only submitter role user.

Actual behavior

Submitter User can see copilot opportunities, but cannot apply. (because of the role)

Expected behavior

copilots.topcoder.com and "copilot opportunities" should not displayed in the first place. Because user don't have role.
Role checking is not implemented.

Environment

  • OS: MacOS Sonoma 14.7.1 Browser version: Safari 17.6
  • Device: MacBook Air M1, 13.3 inch
