Steps to Reproduce

  1. Go to https://www.topcoder.com
  2. Click ON Community ->Opportunities
  3. Click Any challenges
  4. In Challenge links-->click Review Scorecard
  5. Observe how the link opens.

Actual Result

  • The link opens in the same tab, replacing the current page.

Expected Result

  • External links or resource/document links should open in a new tab (target="_blank").
  • This preserves the current session and improves user experience.
