Steps to reproduce

  1. Log out.
  2. go to url above.
  3. click on "late by xx days to apply" button.
  4. see the error message: https://www.topcoder.com/challenges/30181561/review-opportunities

Actual behavior

Page renders with error state.

Expected behavior

Flow should redirect to login and go to detail page.
