Steps to reproduce

  1. Open https://www.topcoder.com/customer-stories
  2. Click on "Grid View"
  3. Scroll down a bit
  4. Refresh the page

Actual result

When I reload the page, it takes me to the footer.

Expected result

When I reload the page, it should always take the user to the top of the page.
