Description:

On the Challenges page, when navigating from the waffle menu's "Practice" option, the page shows "loading challenges" continuously. Additionally, the search field is pre-filled with the term "practice," but no challenges are displayed. Instead of an empty or loading state, the page should clearly display "No challenges found" when there are no matching challenges.

Current URL:

https://www.topcoder.com/challenges?search=marathon%20match&tracks[DS]=true&tracks[Des]=true&tracks[Dev]=true&tracks[QA]=true&types[]=CH&types[]=F2F&types[]=TSK

Steps to reproduce:

Open the application and login if required.
Click on the waffle menu icon.
Select the "Marathon Match" option from the menu.
Observe that the Challenges page loads with the search field containing the term "Marathon Match."
Notice that the challenges list does not populate and instead shows "loading challenges" indefinitely.

Actual results:

The page continuously displays "loading challenges."
The list of challenges never populates.
Users are left confused without feedback on the empty results.

Expected results:

The page should stop showing the loading message once data fetch completes.
If no challenges match the search term "Marathon Match," the page should clearly show "No challenges found."
Search input should retain the "Marathon Match" term, but the empty results state should be user-friendly.

The Marathon Match toggle is in disabled state by default while it has to be enabled as the user has clicked on Marathon Match in the waffle menu and navigated to the below screen:
