Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to https://www.topcoder.com
  2. Click the "Opportunities" under Community menu
  3. On the challenges page, click "Past" under OPPORTUNITIES
  4. Click the filter menu on the right section
  5. select "Title A-Z"
  6. Observe

Actual result

FILTER A-Z does NOT filter in the alphabetical order when clicked( in the "past" challenges) section. The first challenges are not in alphabetical order

Expected result

When the filter A-Z is clicked, the challenges should be listed in the alphabetical order with the firt letter of the challenge name
