Detailed steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to topcoder.com
  2. Login
  3. Click on "Community" -> "Opportunities"
  4. Click on "Past" tab
  5. Search for "HMS Lung Cancer"
  6. from 4 search results select last challenge. That's how we get to this challenge page.
