[Functional] Login state not preserved when navigating to "Talk to an expert" page via the "Footer" section #18

Steps to reproduce

  1. Login into your Topcoder account or Sign Up for a new account
  2. Scroll down to the "Footer" section of the site
  3. Click on the "Talk to an expert" button under the "Resources" category

Actual result

It takes me to the page where I can talk to an expert but the top right corner does not reflect the fact that I'm already signed up or logged in.

Expected result

I expected that the "logged in" state to be maintained upon landing at the "Talk to an expert" page from clicking the "Talk to expert" button under the "Resources" category in the "Footer" section
