[Functional] Login state not preserved when navigating to "Terms and Conditions" via the "Footer" section #23

Steps to reproduce

  1. Login into your Topcoder account or Sign Up for a new account
  2. Scroll down to the "Footer" section of the site
  3. Click on the "Terms and Conditions" link under the "Resources" category in the "Footer" section

Actual result

It takes me to the "Terms and Conditions" page but the top right corner does not reflect the fact that I am already signed up or logged in.

Expected result

I expected the "logged in" state to be maintained upon landing on the "Terms and Conditions" page after clicking the link under the "Resources" category in the "Footer" section.
